Be a Booth Vendor at the Family+Friends Expo

Helpful information

To be a vendor, you need to fill out this form. Then we will email you the contract and request payment. Your booth is not reserved until we receive payment.

We will only let 5% of the booths be the same type of thing. So out of 100 booths, only 5 can be photographers, only 5 can be jewelry booths, etc.

We are getting $100,000 worth of advertising and are expecting a FULL house both days. We are guessing we will have 15,000 people attend this expo.

For all vendors

We will include your company name/description and link to you on our website, talk about your company and your product when we give away your prize at the expo, give you 25 weekend passes, and do our very best to make it a successful show for you. We want you to come back and exhibit with us at our next show, so we are going to do everything we can to keep you happy :)

We require all booth vendors to give out 100 Family+Friends Expo flyers, give away a prize worth at least $25, share our website (www.friendsplusfamily.com) on social media once before the expo and once from the expo and tag us(@friendsplusfamilyexpo) so we see it.

20x10 double booth inline space-$1150
20x10 double corner space- $1400

Please note, the pricing does not include pipe and drape, electricity, internet, table, or chairs. If you would like any of these things for your space, please contact (TBA).

Add-ons available with the purchase of a booth:

$5- Vendor Care Gift Bag

These bags are the perfect way to show you care to the people working in your booth. The bags will include: 2 sheer antibacterial bandages, tylenol packet, water bottle, cliff bar, sweet and salty trail mix, fruit leather, mini bag of pretzels, 1 mini tic tacs, sanitizing hand wipe, 2 safety pins, 1 vitamin C drop, and a shout stain remover wipe. You can specify how many gift bags you want to be delivered to your booth on each day. They will be delivered just before the expo opens each day so it shouldn't interrupt the flow in your booth. Please understand we might need to make substitutions if something is unavailable.

$10- Discount Card Sponsor

We will print your discount and your company name on the discount cards we give to the first 500 people each day. You need to give us your discount info at least 3 weeks before the expo so we have time to print the cards. We will print at the top of the card that the discounts are valid until September 2021.

$50- Add your promotional items into the door bags we give to the first 500 people each day

During set up time on Thursday, and again right after the expo closes on Friday evening or Saturday morning, we will have 500 bags open on tables at the front of the expo hall. You may stuff your promotional materials into the bags during this time.

$50- Event Sponsor (on the stage)

Host a 25 minute event on the stage- the event could be almost anything related to Family+Friends! We will publicize the event on our website and flyers. You can bring your own marketing items to give out from the stage. You will not be charging people to participate in these events. Ideas for events you could sponsor include:
-A dance or martial arts recital or mini class
-Mini yoga class
-Essential oils demonstration
-Game show
-Fashion show
-Guided meditation
-Magic show
-Author reading/signing event
-Cooking demonstration
-Live band
-Parenting class
-Almost anything else you think of that is related to Family+Friends

The event on the stage will be publicized as being sponsored by your company name on the flyer and on the website.

$250- Printed media sponsor

We will print your logo on our printed flyers and tickets. We will be printing at least 20,000 flyers and 20,000 tickets.

$500- Billboard sponsor

We will include your logo on our I-15 billboard, which will be up for 4 weeks before the show.

$2,500- "Free tickets" sponsor

We will direct people to go to your store to get a free ticket with any purchase. We will start directing people to your store 60 days before the Expo. We will give you 5,000 tickets to giveaway from your store. If you want more, it will be an extra $100 for every 5,000 tickets and we need to know 2 weeks ahead of time to have time to print them. Companies wanting to sponsor the free tickets must also be a billboard sponsor and printed media sponsor also. We are limiting the number that can sponsor at this level to 5 companies. We will publicize this on our website, digital, and printed media!

$3,000- "That's one cute kid!" contest sponsor

We will give you a 20x20 foot space to take pictures at the expo (you can charge people for them), they can come pick up the photos at your location after the event. You can collect contact info from people to let them know where/when to get the photos. We will publicize this contest on our website and printed media!
